Procedure for rooting Micromax Andro A60

Firstly, you need to connect your Micromax Andro A60 and your computer through the USB data cable. This cable comes along with the phone. Now, drag down the top indicator bar and open the notifications on the android phone. This will give you the hint about USB cable connection. You must now click to mount USB Mass Storage Device. When you do that a new dialog box will pop up. In that window you click on Mount. This will mount the USB storage on the PC.

Now it’s time to find the storage tool on the PC and for that you can make use of the SD card. The application that you had downloaded on your PC from the link as given above, should now be copied on the memory card.

After that you must again go to notification and have a look at the USB cable connection. Click on the turn off button and now remove USB mass storage.
